Our wedgelock card retainers deliver a robust locking force for cold wall applications. These advanced components are designed to easily mount either directly onto the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) or to a heat frame assembly. Subsequently, they provide zero insertion force when slid into a precision channel of a cold wall enclosure. When the wedgelock is expanded, it clamps the PCB securely in place. This clamping force ensures resistance within both shock and vibration conditions, safeguarding the integral components of the system. Beyond this, the wedgelock also establishes a thermal path for heat transfer, effectively managing the temperature between the PCB and the cold wall. This feature ensures optimal performance of your devices, even under extreme conditions.
