C/A Design provides our customers with the information needed to help ensure that their experience with us is satisfactory. The following documents are available to provide you with more insight as we continue to do business with each other. Our Terms and Conditions details the information regarding the contract between C/A Design and the supplier. We also provide copies of our AS9100D Certifications and ITAR Registrations. These certifications are proof of our level of professionalism and commitment to providing only the best for the industry.

Please review C/A Design’s General Terms and Conditions for Purchase Order. The Purchase Order governs the contract between the supplier and COSTELLO APRIL DESIGN, INC. or one of its subsidiaries.

The Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. Certificate of Registration is proof that the Quality Management System of CA Design, Inc. is in conformance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D.

The International Traffic in Arms Regulations Registration is proof that the Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance has received and approved CA Design’s registration statement and fee to register as a manufacturer.

The International Traffic in Arms Regulations Supplier Agreement explains the technical and security requirements for all of our suppliers.

C/A Design suppliers shall ensure their employees are aware of their contribution to and importance of product conformity, product safety, data security (NIST/ITAR), and ethical requirements.
